A: Absolutely! Stress is due to external and internal circumstances. Whether it is having pressure of working a full-time job and taking care of family, anxiety from childhood traumas, lack of self-love, and/or you simply hate your job. The foods you consume also play a HUGE role in your mood. During your coaching sessions you will get action items that you will have to implement to getting you to reduce stress. With the modules for Weeks 1-4 you will have the tools that will help you reduce stress. We will uncover what is causing it and create an action plan to reducing your stress as much as possible.
Q: WIll i Lose Weight?
A: Yes it is normal to lose at least 3-5 lbs. the first week, but my clients usually lose 7 or more. This all depends if you follow the meal plan, workouts, and do the inner work with guided worksheets that help you eliminate food addiction. Not only will you lose weight, but you will know EXACTLY how to keep it off.
Q: How WIll this program fit into my busy schedule?
A: Oh honey honey this is the LEAST of your worries. Trust me I know how busy you are so I intentionally created this program to support you and your schedule. Weigh this food, weigh that food, count this calorie, track this calorie. I mean I would have said GOODBYE to doing this. Why? This does not measure how healthy you are. This is what makes this program DIFFERENT.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen people given a meal plan, but struggle to eat healthy because other components in life make them binge eat. I’ve seen people who diagnose and treat mental health issues by giving tips, but don’t attribute nutrition to this. People’s symptoms never go away and due tot he fact that no one is dealing with the emotional issues, the problem never goes away. “Don’t Wait To Lose Weight 6-Week Challenge” is different from other challenges. I mean some programs actually give me a real headache when I see how the coach is having their clients eat. Like are you enjoying your meals or punching into work?
Weigh this food, weigh that food, count this calorie, track this calorie. I mean I would have said GOODBYE to doing this. Why? This does not measure how healthy you are. This is what makes this challenge DIFFERENT.
You see I don’t agree with counting calories, restricting calories, and/or portion sizing meals. I affirm you can eat ALL of your favorite foods…YES that includes pizza, bagels, donuts, pasta, and more WITHOUT all of the excess garbage, such as dietary restriction
For instance there are weight loss programs that will let you eat processed foods and junk foods. As long as those foods meet your protein, fat, and carbs then you are “following” the plan. As a coach I truly despise this because this is SUPER fucking vain.

Now you may be thinking you could buy new clothes or go to a few nail appointments with $297 right? However what if you were NEVER able to enjoy those self care days again because you were in poor health. $297 would be NOTHING then right? Well I am a Certified Raw Food Educator, Holistic Health Coach, and Spiritual Healer. A: I get it! You’ve tried so many weight loss and fitness programs and saw NO results. You felt like a failure. Even questioning if something was wrong with your body. You’re probably thinking, “My genetics are going to keep me from the body I want to achieve.” Rest assured that the “Don’t Wait To Lose Weight 6-Week Challenge” is COMPLETELY different! You see most weight loss programs focus on caloric restriction and one diet fits all and this can’t be farther from the truth. This is why people fall off the wagon and end up binge eating. This is why people continuously eat due to stress. In this program I do not believe in deprivation. However I do believe in eating your food favorites in a healthier version intuitively, without counting calories.
While I am a plant-based vegan I do have clients who eat animal flesh. I work with all, but encourage a more plant-based diet because it is nutrient-dense. Nutrient density is what the body needs. This program is a holistic health and life coaching program. It is not your typical life coaching program where the coach listens to all of your problems and gives you no solutions. I take an empowered, transformational approach with my clients. My clients have not only lost weight and completely gotten rid of their anxiety, but they have quit their jobs, and chased after their purpose as well. You will be able to create your life in a way that brings you love, joy, and peace without the stress.
Q: WIll i Lose Weight?
A: Yes it is normal to lose at least 3-5 lbs. the first week, but my clients usually lose 7 or more. This all depends if you follow the meal plan, workouts, and do the inner work with guided worksheets that help you eliminate food addiction. Not only will you lose weight, but you will know EXACTLY how to keep it off.
Q: How WIll this CHALLENGE fit into my busy schedule?
A: Oh honey honey this is the LEAST of your worries. Trust me I know how busy you are so I intentionally created this challenge to support you and your schedule. Once you join you have FULL ACCESS to the Membership Portal, in which you can watch the videos each time. Go at your own pace. ALL webinars are pre-recorded from the FIRST challenge launch. However you do want to make sure that you set aside time to schedule in the LIVE Q+A sessions. Your health is super important and I highly suggest that you make the time. You deserve to put yourself first. It is an act of self love.
Q: How long is the program?
A: The program is 6-weeks or 1.5 months. During this time you will successfully go through the ENTIRE challenge and have a complete physical transformation where you will think you are AMAZINGLY SEXY!

Q: What do you NOT do during the intensive?
A: I don’t take you through the membership portal or give you access to that as I would in my $4500 program
Q: Is it really only 4 hours?
A: Yes it is. I’ll meet with you 1-2 days ahead of the intensive to go over your individual goals, but that day you are expected to leave with the tools for a transformation and the knowledge you need to be successful in mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects.
Q: What if I need help after the intensive?
A: I offer 5-day email access to all clients 1-2 months after the intensive and you have the ability to sign up for another one if you wish.
Q: Do I need to be available during the intensive?
A: Yes you absolutely do and while I completely understand that everyone is busy and has responsibilities, my time is very valuable, I take my coaching seriously, and I sincerely ask that you maintain focus on what we’re working on during your intensive.
